NCCE 2025 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in NCCE 2025, including registration, attendance, and involvement in conference activities, constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is subject to payment of applicable fees.
  • Group registrations (five or more individuals from the same institution) may benefit from incentive programs.
  • Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the conference; unpaid registrations may be cancelled.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made prior to 7 days before the conference may incur a fee or may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days prior may result in a non-refundable portion, typically a fixed cancellation fee.
  • In case of conference postponement, cancellation, or relocation due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, natural disasters, war, etc.), NCCE will offer either a full refund of fees paid or transfer registration to the new event date/location.
  • For virtual event changes, NCCE’s responsibility is limited to a full refund of booth or registration fees for exhibitors.

4. Liability and Conduct

  • NCCE will not be liable for loss of profit, business opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from attendance.
  • Intellectual property rights for event content remain with the presenters and NCCE; sessions may not be recorded or distributed without prior consent.
  • Attendees and exhibitors are required to adhere to all rules of conduct or may be ejected from the event without refund.

5. Communications

  • By registering, participants consent to receive communications electronically related to the event, schedules, or changes.

6. Privacy

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the NCCE privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties except as required to facilitate event participation.

7. Changes to Terms

  • NCCE reserves the right to amend these terms, with notice posted on the official NCCE website or sent to registered attendees via email.
